HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you provided us with your email address when you placed your order, we will send you an email to confirm shipment (which will include tracking information) when we ship your order.

Our lifetime guarantee covers any craftsmanship defect. The KEYONE HATS Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident (lost /stolen), improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence.

SIZE GUIDE

HOW DO I FIGURE OUT WHAT SIZE I WEAR?

Answer

To figure out what size you wear. You will need to find a cloth measuring tape. Measure the circumference of your head at the place where you would wear a hat. Take the measurement in inches and refer to the chart below. If you are in between two sizes, choose the bigger size. You can always pad a hat smaller.

HAT CARE

HOW DO I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY STRAW HAT?

Answer

  • Store your straw hat upside down on its crown, on a clean surface or in a hat box to keep the brim from flattening out
  • Use a mild soap solution such as woolite and water and a very soft brush. You can also try baby wipes. The hat needs to dry at room temperature.
  • Avoid exposing your hat to the heat from stoves, radiators, lamps, car windows and enclosed cars in the summer. The combination of the heat and perspiration will shrink the sweatband.
  • To put on or remove your hat, hold the brim in front and back, handle the crown as little as possible.
  • Your hat will last a lifetime while following these important instructions.
HOW DO I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY FUR FELT HAT?

Answer

  • Store your felt hat upside down on its crown, on a clean surface or in a hat box to keep the brim from flattening out.
  • Remove dust and loose dirt with a soft brush, starting at the left side of the hat and brushing counter-clockwise.
  • Avoid exposing your hat to the heat from stoves, radiators, lamps, car windows and enclosed cars in the summer. The combination of the heat and perspiration will shrink the sweatband.
    *** If your hat gets wet, shake off the excess water, and turn down the “self-conforming” leather sweatband. This will allow the hat to dry naturally.
While the hat is wet, don’t let the brim touch the surface and don’t place it near heat. Heat can reactivate the felting process and cause shrinkage.
  • To keep perspiration from penetrating the fur felt, occasionally turn down the leather sweatband so it can dry out. -Should your hat, (if it is light colored) become spotted with water or grease, you can clean it with a little baby talc or corn starch - not liquid cleanser, please!
  • To put on or remove your hat, hold the brim in front and back, handle the crown as little as possible.
  • Your hat will last a lifetime if you follow these important instructions.

WHOLESALE&CUSTOM

WHAT IS WHITE LABELING, AND DO YOU OFFER IT?

A white label product is a generic product that is created by a manufacturer for sale by many retailers. Each retailer is allowed to resell the product under its own name and branding. 

We do offer White Labeling and we actually do quite a bit of it for many large hat companies. 

There is a minimum order of $6,000 and 72 hats per style per color.

WHAT IS PRIVATE LABEL/CUSTOM DESIGNS, AND DO YOU OFFER IT?

A private label product is typically sourced from a manufacturer and then sold under the retailer’s brand for exclusive sale.

Yes, we sure do, Private label services require plans sourcing and design. Private Label orders require a minimum $6,000 deposit which is applied to the first order. Once you are ready reach out to service@keyonehats.com to get the ball rolling. 

DO YOU HAVE A WHOLESALE MINIMUM ORDER?

Answer

Yes, but our minimum is low. We only require a 10 hat minimum order and it is open stock. So you can mix and match your styles. Make sure you talk to sales rep to help you pick the best styles.

CAN I BUY HATS IN BULK?

Answer

The more, the merrier! Many styles from our site are available for purchase in bulk, but you’ll need to reach out to us before placing an order. Once you let us know what you're looking for and how many units you're interested in purchasing, we'll confirm if we can fulfill your request.
